Today, Yizhi Konjac was honored to participate in the FIC exhibition on-site technology forum (Meeting Room M302) and delivered a brilliant speech titled "Functional Effects and Current Applications of Konjac Dietary Fiber."
Konjac dietary fiber is one of the most excellent soluble dietary fibers so far, with health benefits including regulating blood pressure, blood sugar, and blood lipid levels, weight management, improving intestinal health, enhancing immune function, and exhibiting anti-cancer properties.
Professor Xiang Xuesong from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention's Nutrition Institute detailed Yizhi Konjac's molecular research on konjac glucomannan, its lipid-lowering functions, and also shared insights into the potential applications of konjac oligosaccharides in the food industry.
Through this technology forum, Yizhi Konjac had in-depth exchanges with experts and participants from various fields, discussing the future development of Konjac dietary fiber in the food and industrial sectors.
